The staff here are just fantastic and super welcoming. We placed an order for some slippers online and were thrilled with how quickly they arrived and the quality was top-notch.

Honestly, we could’ve bought one of everything in the store - such a diverse and interesting selection, catering to all kinds of tastes and budgets. I've never experienced such efficiency while shopping online. I got some slippers as a gift, and they showed up super fast. They were lovely, but my friend's partner gave me the wrong size. I sent them back for a swap, and the new pair came in just 36 hours. (I’m in a pretty remote area) No issues whatsoever. There was a nice note included with the package. I ordered some stunning Glerups slippers from Hus and Hem just yesterday, and to my surprise, they arrived today. Given that we’re in the Channel Islands, I was expecting a hassle with delivery, but I really have to give credit to Hus & Hem for their excellent service. Sure, I had to shell out a bit more because of where I live, but honestly, I don’t mind if the service is this top-notch. Oh, and I can’t forget to say how much I absolutely LOVE the slippers!
